2 – Iowa State has given up 400 yards through the air twice since 2009 (Kansas). Both times were to OSU.

415 – The 9th best passing day in OSU history by a single player.

3 - J.W. Walsh now has three 300+ yard passing games. Only Weeden, Fields, and Robinson have more.

.14 – OSU gave up only .14 points per play, their 5th best mark in the last three seasons1.

12 – Iowa State had gone 12 straight games holding its opponent to under 30 points in regulation. That was snapped today.

11 – Iowa State didn’t score on its last 11 possessions.

13 – Josh Stewart had 13 catches which is the second most in a single game in OSU history (it’s been done nine (!) times). Alex Lloyd (?) had 16 against Kansas in 1949.

424 – Kirby Van Der Kamp (ISU’s punter) had 424 yards punting, the most anybody had doing anything on Saturday.

129 – A new white guy WR record for yards in a single game in the Gundy era. Congrats, Chuck Moore.

22 – OSU has put up 500 yards in 22 of its last 32 games.

161 - J.W. Walsh needs 161 yards to set the all-time single season freshman passing record.

63 – Mike Gundy now has more wins than any coach in OSU history.

34 – OSU is now 34-0 in the Gundy era when holding its opponent to fewer than 20 points.

  1. Only Savannah, Tech (’11), OU (’11), and Arizona (bowl) were better.

  1. You might be just the guy to ask…. How long was Sharp’s punt in the first quarter after the delay of game penalty?

  2. I thought it was 72 yards by my calculation

  3. What are the chances Lunt, assuming he’s healthy and finishes the season, breaks the freshman passing record?
