Clock stops for six seconds at KU

Watch the clock stop at 18.2 for six or seven seconds. I would be tossing electronic devices if it had affected the outcome of the game.

  1. I noticed this as well. It’s amazing that Ford, the commentators and the refs all missed it.

  2. I’m almost positive that that was an ESPN issue / glitch, not the KU clock operator.

If you go back and re-watch it, when the clock starts again it runs MUCH faster than one second per real second, essentially catching up with real time. and if you get a stop watch out and compare the times, it’s pretty close to right on once it catches up.

I was freaking out about it at first, though.
