We have really underestimated the loss of DeFo to Holgy. I get it that at successful programs, assistants leave in search of a head coaching job somewhere, but it’s still tough. Hopefully Wickline’s $400k salary is enough to keep him around for a few more years.
Ya, losing DeForest is huge, but so was losing Dana. Lesson be learned, Gundy knows how to get good coaches and good players. May the upward climb continue with the 2012 season
