I agree with Ubben on how our receivers need to prove themselves before we can make any claims on how great they can be as a unit. However, doesn’t OU need to prove it also? Pretty significant falloff after Broyles went down.
I guess Stoops agrees with you as well…noticed the 3 guys suspended this summer were “un-suspended” yesterday….of course, it’s only for practice, they’re still suspended for playing in games. OK. We all believe that.
Word is they are still academically indeligble so that is why they are not back full time. Nice to see the sooners grabbing at straws to put together an offense. Never mind you still have issues with not scoring in the end zone and having to use the “belldozer”……….lame!

Am I the only person that is thinking OU could be heading to something like a 2011 Texas style meltdown this year? We’re not seeing and hearing the usual in-your-face noise and even their trolls are subdued, yet everyone and their brother has them top 5 or better in pre-season polls…am I missing something?

When I saw that Bowie was gone, my heart sank. Dude is good, could have been a huge impact on the line this season. Hope we can fill the void. Anyone know about the backup?
