Happy Monday. Bummer about the Penn State dual, but it could be worse. The best thing that happened to OU fans last weekend is that they found out their former star basketball player’s trade value was higher than they thought.

Bedlam’s Future

Berry Tramel on what Bedlam was and could be again.

Back in 2002 or thereabouts, I playfully called Bedlam basketball the rivalry of the century. My loophole, of course, was that it was a young century, and North Carolina was down, taking a little sizzle from the UNC-Duke holy war. Nobody really bought it, but it also wasn’t nonsense. Bedlam was a big-time rivalry. Maybe it can get that way again. [NewsOK]

My reaction when I hear that:

Spring Football Comin’

Mike Yurcich on his QBs.

All of that process is very much on the mind of Yurcich as he told us in a January interview. “The big question is going to be the back-up quarterback, and Taylor (Cornelius) has done a great job, but we have to continue to press that position and see what some of the young guys have and be able to give them a package to have them playing efficiently,” Yurcich said in surveying the spring early. Sounds like Wudtee is the guy! Also, this is massive.

OSU and NCAA Notes

OSU beat Grand Canyon 6-5 on Sunday for win No. 1 on the year … In case you missed it, this on Brooks Thompson was terrific.

Loved this from Clip.

Yes they do.

This is nuts.
