Gray Uniforms Easier to See

Last year at the Louisiana game you could have told me Charlie Moore had 11 for 190 and two and I couldn’t have told you any differently.

The orange numbers on the gray jerseys, while cool conceptually, were atrocious in person.

For whatever reason some strange mixture of sweat and sun made the orange on gray like looking at a Pete-themed hologram.

Thankfully Nike is awesome and they came up with the solve below…

OLD

I like the accent and hopefully this year I actually WILL see Charlie Moore going 11 for 190 and two…

  1. #OKstate uni’s look fly as hell. Can’t wait to see what other combos they rock this season. I would like to see black helmet, grey top/pants; all orange, helmet included…what about you guys? Any uniform combos you would like to see debut?

Love em. I wonder if they fixed the sweat spot problem… Don’t really care either way. The Orange trim makes em pop nice. Keep the uni info coming.

  3. I kinda feel like you just wanted to type “old” on an image of Weeded…

  4. Gray still sucks.

  5. I was in the stadium last year for the ULL game and I didn’t have any problems making out the numbers on the jerseys. Either way, I like the new style. Don’t really care about the sweat stain problem. Can’t wait to see this with White/Grey/White or Black/Grey/Black. Going to look unreal. Go Pokes!

  6. This definitely looks better.

  7. What are the odds that this is what is worn vs. Savannah State?

  8. Gray top with black helmet will be sicko. I don’t think there would be as many gray haters if they’d been able to wear the black helmets with them last year.

  9. DId you get the approval of the OSU athletic department before releasing those photos?
