    I would agree wholeheartedly. It’s difficult to do but find those hungry guys who want to get better and who believe they were a star or two better than their ranking, e.g. Kendall Hunter, Justin Blackmon, and who still have some growing to do. Rob Glass and his crew certainly deserve a lot of credit, as do the chefs making the good grub.

    Contrast what oSu does w/ Texas with all its 4- and 5-stars, but it could be that a lot of their kids are complacent, feel a sense of entitlement and don’t feel they need to keep improving every day because people have been telling them they’re the best thing since sliced bread.
