Oklahoma State Receiving Votes, Still Unranked in Coaches, AP Polls
Coming off a two-game win streak over Texas and Iowa State, Oklahoma State found themselves just outside the top 25 polls last week. So it’s not a huge surprise that OSU, who was on a bye this week, finds themself receiving votes, but still unranked again this week in both the coaches and AP polls.
Here’s a look at how week 8’s top poll shakes out:
Notably, a big mover this week was No. 12 West Virginia, who took care of business in Lubbock this weekend and jumped 8 spots. The Mountaineers face TCU next weekend, before travelling to Stillwater for homecoming in two weeks, which could line up to be a major matchup if the Mountaineers remain undefeated.
Oklahoma State faces Kansas this weekend in Lawrence. The Jayhawks are 1-5 and coming off a 49-7 shellacking from Baylor this past weekend.
