OSU Baseball Players Drafted

In the end OSU had six players drafted off of its disappointing 2012 squad, but only Andrew Heaney went higher than the 24th round.

The only non-seniors are Heaney (who would be a Metta World Peace-sized moron if he didn’t sign) and Stevens who probably won’t sign in hopes of catapulting up a dozen or so rounds his senior year to get a little more cash.

Ottoson, as you might remember, was the one who pulled a Blackmon a few months back.

The last time OSU had fewer than six players drafted was in 2005.

  1. Ballpark – How do the signing bonuses vary by round?

  2. Stevens signed with the D’backs…he’s in Arizona for a mini camp/workout already.
