Underwood: ‘You’re a Grown Man, Make a Layup!’
Brad Underwood is intense. This is not breaking news.
But OSU recently captured just how intense the man is at a recent Pokes practice. Underwood is trying to build what he calls a “culture of defense” and has implemented a Treadmill From Hell for those who are not compliant.
There are a number of terrific parts here, but my favorite was at the very beginning: “You’re a grown man, make a layup!” Amazing. I also enjoyed “being great is hard … being great is hard!”
