Brad Underwood’s Staff Makes Several Offers Over the Weekend

Published

on

Brad Underwood and his staff have been hard at it on the recruiting trail over the past few days. Here’s an update on the 2017 prospects the staff extended offers to over the weekend:

Keith Williams – 2017 Shooting Guard

Oklahoma State extended Williams, an under the radar shooting guard, an offer this weekend. The 6-foot-5, 190-pound guard from Brooklyn, NY, also offers from VCU, Dayton, Hofstra, Rutgers, Minnesota, St. Peters and now Oklahoma State. He’s unranked on the 247sports recruiting website, and a three-star prospect by Rivals.

Devontae Shuler – 2017 Shooting Guard

Shuler is the most interesting offer of the trio that went out this weekend. He has been a longtime target of Stephen F. Austin during Brad Underwood’s tenure, and was a top target of South Carolina during Lamont Evans tenure. Now that Evans is at OSU under Underwood, it makes for an interesting scenario. The four-star, 6-3 shooting guard from Columbia, SC, has offers from USC, Clemson,  Wake Forest, OSU, and Wofford.

Jordan Tucker – Small Forward

Tucker is another four-star prospect who is probably the most “high profile” of the bunch. He has offers from UConn, OU, Indiana, Maryland, Syracuse, Arizona, Kansas, Nova and others. He’s 6-7, 205 and is another prospect from New York the staff is targeting.
