And this is equally smart from Dan Wetzel. Basically: the ACC and Big East are incompetent but can be saved with an eight-team playoff. (Yahoo!)

Verplank, Michael Bradley, and Edward Loar are also playing in the Colonial. 7 Pokes!

Good catch, Verplank pulled out tho.

Not sure that Brown is better than Gilbert, but Gilbert has been doing it longer so that may be why he gets the nod. Plus I mean he IS BULLDOG BROWN!

61K @ Joe’s? Yeah I was there during the peak years. Good times with good friends – I think. The memories are a little hazy. The anniversary party gave us a chance to come from different parts of the country to reconnect and reminisce. We were a little disappointed that the city of Stillwater (and Stan) banned the celebration.

Of course, only ten years or so earlier, “Streak Night” was also banned by the city – but we were way too young then when that was an ongoing tradition. Seems like there’s always someone somewhere banning something.
