Emmanuel Ogbah Declares for NFL Draft
Junior defensive end standout Emmanuel Ogbah officially announced via his twitter Wednesday that he will forgo his final year of eligibility and declare for the NFL draft.
“First of all I want to take this opportunity to thank God for what he has done in my life and giving me the ability to play this great sport and also President Hargis, Athletic Director Mike Holder, and everyone affiliated with Oklahoma State University.
“Attending OSU and being apart of the football program has been a blessing for me and my family. I would personally like to thank Coach Gundy, Coach Glass, Coach Spencer, Coach Clements, and the rest of the coaching staff for giving me the opportunity to play the game that I love and passionate about! I am very humbled to be in the position I’m in today and none of this would be possible without your guidance and leadership. I would also like to thank the academic staff at OSU, notably Mrs. Emily for keeping me on track so that I can obtain my college degree in May. I want to acknowledge the great alumni which I want to be a part of because of their immense contribution to this great university. To my teammates and to all the unbelievable fans that supported us each and everyday. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Oklahoma State will always be my home and I promise to represent our university with respect, class, character, and dignity. I have learned so much from being a part of this prestigious university and it will carry me on in life. I have grown into a great man now having chosen this great university and I am prepared for what lies ahead. Thank you so much for everything and I am excited for what the future holds. I love you all and will always bleed orange! #GoPokes
