Five-star Linebacker Visits Oklahoma State
The Cowboys hosted a boatload of talent over the weekend in their final mini-camp of the summer, and topped off the weekend by hosting a five-star visitor on Monday in 2017 linebacker Anthony Hines. Hines is the No. 1 linebacker in the nation in 2017, according to Scout, and has scholarship offers from 90 schools (like, literally, 90).

The Plano East superstar has a top 10 that includes OSU, OU, Texas, Texas A&M, and others. And while OSU remains in the mix, the 247sports Crystal Ball favors OU over the field at the moment:
Having a recruit the caliber of Hines naming the Pokes in the top 10 is huge, and getting him on campus for a summer visit is even bigger. At the moment, smart money is riding on the Sooners to land his services.
Perhaps Glenn Spencer has something up his sleeve.
Also, thanks to the new NCAA social media rules, it’s important to note Mike Gundy also “retweeted” Hines tweet above — after the visit was over, of course.
