Five-Star Prospect Marvin Wilson, Other Blue Chips Visiting OSU Sunday
Five-star defensive tackle prospect Marvin Wilson of Houston area Episcopal High School will make an unofficial visit to Stillwater on Sunday, according to a source. Wilson is the No. 1 prospect in the state of Texas and the No. 3 rated prospect nationally according to evaluations by 247sports.com.
Here’s video of him at a a recent camp in Houston.

Wilson is coming off a visit to Norman over the weekend. He will be joined by a number of other national recruits, too, the source said. Here’s a quick look at some of the other Houston area prospects who are expected to be on campus joining him.
2018 Wide Receiver Jaylen Waddle
Waddle is an up-and-coming receiver from Episcopal, who also made a trip to Norman with Wilson over the weekend, where the Sooners extended a scholarship offer. Don’t be surprised if Waddle, a 5-foot-10 speedster, also has a scholarship offer waiting for him in Stillwater.

2018 Defensive Tackle Keondre Coburn
Coburn is another national recruit from the Houston area already gaining major attention from schools early in the recruiting process. He has offers from Arizona, Baylor, OU, Michigan, Houston, and others, and at 6-foot-1, 326-pounds, Coburn is going to be a hot commodity for the 2018 class.
2019 QB Terrance Gipson
Gipson is a young prospect again from the Houston area who should be on campus Sunday. The 6-foot-1 dual-threat quarterback uses his shiftiness to move in the pocket and escape defenders with ease. He has good arm strength but he could perhaps flip over to an athlete position at the next level, although being a 2019 prospect he still has several years to develop.
