For the First Time in Conference History, Bedlam Will be for the Outright Big 12 Title
Oklahoma and Oklahoma State have played football 109 times in their respective histories. The first one happened in 1904 in Guthrie. The last one happened in Norman and involved the greatest punt return in Oklahoma State history.
This one, the 110th meeting and the 20th since both teams have been in the Big 12, is the first that will be for the outright Big 12 title. Thanks to TCU’s win over Baylor, we get a definitive evening in Stillwater.

In 2011, if OU would have won, there would have been a three-way tie between OU, OSU and Kansas State. That’s as close as we’ve been to Bedlam for the outright title.
So yeah, you could say I’m excited.
