Former A&M Commit Sets Official Visit to Oklahoma State
Rumors were swirling on Wednesday that five-star quarterback Kyler Murray, the Texas A&M starting quarterback, intends to transfer from the program. Which in turn, set in motion a domino effect that could ultimately impact Oklahoma State.
Quartney Davis, a 6-3, 180-pound receiver from Houston Texas who has a scholarship offer from the Cowboys, announced he is decommitting from the Aggies and will open up his recruitment less than an hour after the rumors of Murray’s possible transfer:

According to ESPN recruiting expert Gerry Hamilton, Davis will take an official visit to Stillwater on January 15 – a day in which the Cowboys have designated as one of their biggest host days of the cycle. He’s expected to also take an official visit to Norman as well, although he does not currently hold an offer from the Sooners.
Oklahoma State has commitments from two receivers in the 2016 recruiting class in Dillon Stoner and Tyrell Alexander.
