An Impressive Early List of Recruiting Visitors for Homecoming Weekend

Published

on

With a lot of buzz around Stillwater this weekend not just for homecoming, but for a top team team coming to town, there are a lot of prospects expected to be on campus for visits this weekend.

Here’s an early look at some of the football visitors who have confirmed visits thus far. This list will be updated over the next two days if the group grows:

Tracin Wallace – QB/ATH and Tylan Wallace – WR (OSU commits)

The twins create a lot of buzz and are one of the most beloved duos among OSU fans. Tylan is one of the top receivers in the entire country and Tracin, who played quarterback at South Hills, tore his ACL but is a dominant athlete when healthy.

Dan Moore – OL (OSU commit)

Moore is a  6-5, 320-pound thumber from Beaumont, Texas, who is one of the biggest recruits who doesn’t get much attention. The Beaumont Beast seems to mesh very well with the rest of the recruiting class, and by all signs, even with multiple other offers, he seems to be sold on OSU.

Brendon Evers – D-tackle (OSU commit)

Evers is the glue of the 2017 recruiting class and one of the nastiest d-lineman OSU has recruited in some time. From Bixby, Okla.,. he anchors one of the nastiest defenses in the state and at 6-3, 285-pounds, I think he has the mindset, frame and skills to be an early contributor up front.

Grayson Boomer – 2019 DE/TE (Holds OSU offer)

Boomer is a Collinsville, Okla. prospect and good friend of former OSU commit turned OU pledge Levi Draper. Boomer is a 2019 prospect, but OSU has already jumped on board more than 2 years before he is eligible to sign — so you know he’s a good one. At 6-5, 230-pounds, he may get his own choice to play where he sees fit – either tight end or defensive end-at the next level.

LaDarius Bishop – 2018 DB (Holds OSU offer)

Bishop is an Ashdown, Arkansas prospect, an area OSU is familiar with in this cycle after chasing around Montaric Brown before losing to Arkansas on the recruiting trail. Bishop is also bringing his friend, 2018 athlete Detravion Green.

Other recruits

2019 DE Marcus Hicks (Holds OSU offer)

2019 WR Kameron Brown

2019 Coppell defensive back Jonathan McGill
