Oklahoma State sophomore point guard Jawun Evans has been named to the All Big 12 preseason team, the conference announced today:

The 6-foot-1 sophomore from Dallas was the Big 12 freshman of the year last season, averaging 12.9 points and 4.9 assists per game.
