Justin Blackmon Pleads Guilty to DUI
According to a report from the always reliable TMZ, former Oklahoma State and Jacksonville Jaguar receiver Justin Blackmon is pleading guilty to 1 count of misdemeanor DUI from an arrest in December.
On video obtained by TMZ, Blackmon claims he only had 2 drinks, was asked to do a field sobriety test, and fails miserably. Blackon’s sentencing will come in June, where he could face jail time. The December arrest is his 2nd DUI arrest in 3 years.
