Mason Rudolph on J.W. Walsh: ‘We Never Have Any Doubt With Him’
QB1 talks about QB2. Pretty cool stuff.
As I’ve noted several times on this blog, I hate platooning quarterbacks. Mason Rudolph and J.W. Walsh, however, are making me rethink that.
It’s their relationship, as much as anything, that makes this team mesh. Walsh commented recently on Rudolph’s big-time drives last weekend. On Saturday, it was Rudolph who praised Walsh.

“J.W did an awesome job leading us there in overtime,” said Rudolph. “Big fourth and two run for the TD. We never have any doubt with him. He’s always going to get the ball in there. Heck of a job with him and the offensive line to convert there in crunch time.”
I love it.
I love all of it.
