Another former Cowboy has found a home in the NFL despite not being selected in the draft, at least for the immediate future. Jhajuan Seales has reached an agreement with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent.

The Bears, who traded up to select North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky with the 2nd overall pick in the draft, finished 3-13 a year ago and ranked 28th of 32 in the NFL in average points scored per game.
Seales will compete for reps with a young but deep wide receiver corps headlined by former West Virginia standout Kevin White, Eddie Royal, Cameron Meredith and Markus Wheaton. The Bears did not select a wide receiver during the 2017 NFL Draft, so the opportunity could be ripe for the picking for the four-year player.
Seales was a solid contributor and big-play threat at OSU and finished just outside of the top 10 in career receiving yards with. He recently made a pretty compelling case for his worth to an NFL roster — and it wasn’t just because of his freakish exhibition during OSU’s Pro Day.
