Oklahoma State Commit Chuba Hubbard Ranked No. 1 Recruit in Canada
The Cowboys are getting an insanely versatile athlete in Canadian running back Chuba Hubbard. He’s a track star with good acceleration and top end speed, and he has the jukes and the jives that’ll give you the heebie jeebies.
So it’s no surprise that Canada Football Chat, a well-respected scouting website, ranks Hubbard the No. 1 prospect in Canada. Hubbard is ranked above Luiki Vilain, a four-star defensive end committed to Jim Harbaugh and Michigan, Jonathan Sunderland, a four-star defensive back from Ottowa committed to Penn State, and many others who also made the list.

It’s a pretty outstanding feat for the 6-1 speedster who could compete for serious playing time next year, with Chris Carson, Barry J. Sanders, and Rennie Childs all set to finish out their eligibility. But if you look at his film, it’s really no surprise why evaluators are so high on his prospects at the next level:
