Oklahoma State Headed to Arkansas Regional as No. 3 Seed
Following its Big 12 Tournament title on Sunday, Oklahoma State got its regional bid on Monday, and it will head to the Arkansas Regional as the No. 3 seed. OSU will play the No. 2 seed Missouri State in Game 1 before facing the Arkansas-ORU winner (not sure who we want to win that one … seriously).
From a bigger perspective, the winner of this regional will go on to face the winner of the TCU Regional in the super regional to go to the College World Series. Game 1 is on Friday at 2 p.m. on Watch ESPN.
OSU went 2-0 against Arkansas and Missouri State this year and 1-2 against ORU. So good luck figuring that one out. The Pokes beat Arkansas 8-3 in March and Missouri State 7-3 two days later.
The Big 12 sent a stunning seven teams to the postseason. Everybody in the Big 12 made a regional except for the two Kansas teams which is pretty incredible.
What a season for #Big12BSB.
