Recruiting
Oklahoma State Looking at Logan Rudolph as Cowboy Back
Logan Rudolph announced Thursday that Oklahoma State offered him a scholarship. Rudolph is a 2017 tight end / defensive end who is picking up interest on both sides of the ball.
In the past week, he also picked up an offer from Michigan, where he told Damon Sayles he was recruited as a tight end.
He also said that Mike Gundy offered him the scholarship as a Cowboy back.
“It’s definitely a huge offer and huge opportunity,” Rudolph said. “Getting the Oklahoma State offer was awesome. There are great coaches out there. I couldn’t be more excited. It’s just an awesome opportunity, and I feel that God’s blessed me.”
So how did Mason react to the news?
“We talked about it briefly, and he’s extremely pumped,” Logan said of his brother Mason. “He’s really been encouraging me and telling me to keep working hard.”
The last time both Rudolph’s played together was 2013 during Mason’s senior year [Logan’s freshman year]. Rock Hill went on to win a class 4A state championship.
