The Cowboys have played Tulsa each of the last three seasons. They hold a 35-20 all-time record against the Golden Hurricane.
The teams’ last meeting ended in dramatic fashion. The Cowboys held off Tulsa on the road — sans Jawun Evans — thanks to a big game from Brandon Averrette and some late-game heroics from Lindy Waters. Tulsa finished 15-17 last season.
