OSU Student Season Ticket Prices Highest in Big 12

According to data from last season provided by Scout.com, student season ticket prices at Oklahoma State are the most expensive in the entire Big 12.

The data, however, is a bit misleading. The number doesn’t take into consideration that OSU and Texas are the only schools that bundle both basketball and football in their student season ticket prices, which obviously inflates the numbers tremendously. (And also probably breaks every KU fans hearts who thought $45 included basketball season tickets).

And among the 10, four schools — Baylor, TCU, Texas Tech, and WVU — all include the student season tickets in their tuition fees.

So even with the slight inflation, OSU is still the highest ticket in the Big 12. The only true apples to apples comparison is Texas, one of the biggest money making athletic departments in the conference, and even Texas charges $70 less than Oklahoma State.
