Phil Forte Makes 300th Three-Pointer, Is OSU’s All-Time Leader
After hitting his 300th career three-pointer against Arkansas on Saturday night, Phil Forte is Oklahoma State’s all-time leader. Keiton Page ended his career with 299 made threes, but it took him 812 attempts to get there. Forte did it in just 756.
Here are the five most-prolific three-point shooters in Oklahoma State history. You could still make the case that Randy Rutherford is the best three-point shooter in school history (his volume plus percentage is impeccable), but Forte is right up there.
Rank | Player | Made | Attempted | Percentage |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Phil Forte | 300 | 765 | 39% |
2 | Keiton Page | 299 | 812 | 37% |
3 | Randy Rutherford | 279 | 668 | 42% |
4 | Obi Muonelo | 235 | 634 | 37% |
5 | Adrian Peterson | 228 | 595 | 38% |
Here is the record-breaker.

Also, Forte has slid into No. 10 all-time in scoring with 1,602 points. No. 9 on the list is … humorously, Keiton Page at 1,651. Forte will catch him before conference play is over and has a real chance to get all the way to No. 6 (currently Desmond Mason with 1,702).
