Pistols Firing Partners With COOP Ale Works in OKC

It’s apparently announcement Monday here on Pistols Firing because I have something else to share with you guys. Carson Cunningham and I have completed 66 podcasts over the past year, and the pod has grown a lot since we first started. We’re fired up to announce that COOP Ale Works in Oklahoma City is coming on as a sponsor for our podcast as well as any Facebook Live and Periscope shows we do over the next few months.

We are also planning to tape some live podcasts in association with COOP in the near future. Our first live pod will be August 11 from 7-9 p.m. in OKC at the COOP brewery. That’s next Thursday. Put it on your calendar. We will have a couple of former players as guests, t-shirts for sale and get to talk some Oklahoma State football with all of you guys. More on this in the upcoming days.

This is a thrill for me as well as Carson as we move forward with the podcast and Facebook Live/Periscope stuff. The COOP folks are great, their beer is terrific (personal favorite is the F5) and we’re getting to do some more interactive events with all of you. No downsides to any of that.
