Baylor Starting QB Banged up after Saturday Loss to OU
If you watched the Baylor-Oklahoma game Saturday, you watched an absolute drubbing by the Oklahoma defense – and apparently Baylor quarterback Jarrett Stidham may have suffered an injury in the process.
A social media report, citing “two Baylor sources”, stated that Jarrett Stidham is likely ruled out for Saturdays game against Oklahoma State.
But Art Briles noted that wasn’t the case on Monday morning. “Actually the MRI came back clean,” Briles said in his press conference. “So he’s going to be OK, it’s just bruised and sore. We’re grateful for that.”
Stidham suffered through back spasms throughout the game on Saturday, and Briles noted after the game Saturday that “He’s not very good, quite honestly.”

Despite the fact that Stidham will suit up, it sounds like he’ll head into Stillwater pretty banged up after this weekend.
(Note: Title of article changed from “Report: Baylor starting QB “likely” out saturday) after confirmation from Art Briles that he will play).
