Report: Travis Ford Hired as St. Louis Head Coach
According to a report from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, former Oklahoma State head coach Travis Ford will become the new head coach at St. Louis University.
If the report is true, Ford will be returning to the Atlantic 10 conference, where he coached Massachusetts from 2005-2008. During his time at UMass, he went 62-35 and won a regular season conference championship before moving to Stillwater.
Ford’s tenure in Stillwater ended with a 155-111 record, 55-65 in conference play, and only one NCAA tournament win in five appearances.
