Superlatives from the TCU Game
As Drake would say, “What a time to be alive!”
Oklahoma State took down TCU in dominating fashion on Saturday. Here’s some of the best from the game.
Winner: Mike Gundy. I’m convinced he’s a frontrunner for coach of the year after Saturday’s performance. Despite (again) not having a run game to lean on, the head ball coach found a way to exploit a weakness in the TCU defense and hung nearly half a hundred on them.
Loser: TCU’s Josh Doctson, who exited the game early with an apparent wrist injury. Doctson has been “2011 Justin Blackmon good” for most of this year, and his absence was noticeable down the stretch.
MVP: Mason Rudolph. He made some big boy throws early, and his early domination lead the Pokes to a big win.
