Thomas Walkup Says Farewell to Coach Brad Underwood
A face of the first weekend of the NCAA tournament from Stephen F. Austin, Thomas Walkup, had to say goodbye to his head coach on Monday. And did so in a very respectable way with a send off on twitter saying he “loves that dude.”
So incredibly blessed that I got to play under this guy and his staff. Truly a blessing. Love this dude. pic.twitter.com/3GACstH0l4

Walkup is a senior for the Lumberjacks, so he obviously wouldn’t be playing for him in Nacogdoches anymore. Unfortunately Walkup isn’t eligible for a graduate transfer next season, or else he’d be a big target for the newly minted Cowboy coach.
