There’s not a ton that we know as of now other that random bystanders telling what they saw and heard. The Stillwater PD will be holding a press conference at 12:30 p.m. with more details.

There was also this chilling excerpt from the Tulsa World.
Geoff Haxton, who was about 100 yards away from the incident, said a 4-door vehicle not affiliated with the parade crashed into the crowd. Other witnesses told him the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed.
Multiple helicopters arrived on scene, according Kurt Steiss, an OSU student.
“This is the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life, outside of the Oklahoma City bombing and 9/11. It’s a complete horror,” Haxton said.
Oklahoma State University is saddened by the tragic parade incident earlier this morning. Our thoughts & prayers are with those affected.
