Travis Ford Buyout Details Announced
The details of the settlement between OSU and Travis Ford became public on Friday after it was approved by the Board of Regents, and according to the Tulsa World, Travis Ford will be paid $3.9 million in the settlement.
Not terrible for someone who had $7.2 million left on their deal.
According to the report from Mark Cooper, the $3.9 million will be paid in a lump sum and is due to Ford no later than May 23.
Crazy enough, he was also paid for the month of March and $35, 962.08 – which was deemed as unused vacation time.
Really just a drop in the bucket for someone who was reeling in about $200K a month.
