2017 WR Braydon Johnson Commits to Oklahoma State

Published

Just a week after naming Oklahoma State the leader in his recruitment, 2017 wide receiver Braydon Johnson announced on Monday that he has committed to Oklahoma State.

The 6-1 Arlington prospect holds offers from 8 schools including Colorado State, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana-Monroe, Tulsa and Utah State — but opted for Stillwater, instead.

Johnson is a state champion relay runner with and known for his track speed. He is probably a bit undervalued at the receiver position, ranked as a three-star prospect on most recruiting sites.

He has really good length to go up and get the jump ball as you can see in the video below, and he has above average athleticism. Couple that with his track speed, and you get a typical Mike Gundy recruit who has all the tools to grow into a big time receiver with a very high ceiling.
